• 1½ - Hours on Ice Daily
• 1-Hour off Ice Training
  (Strength & Conditioning)
• 1-Hour class room with video
• All ice sessions will have training and a scrimmage session.

Open to all players

• Limited to 30 in each group
• Must have 1 year hockey experience
