Our Girls Only Development Camp is designed to take the player to the next level. Players will be broken down in small groups of like ability and age.

Area of Concentration

Power Skating (Forward, Backward & Pivots)
Stick Handling
Deaking

Shooting (Wrist, Snap & Slap Shot)
Passing (Forehand & Backhand)

One Week Camp

1½ - Hours on Ice Daily
1-Hour off Ice Training
(Strength & Conditioning)
1-Hour class room with video
All ice sessions will have training and a scrimmage session.

Camp Director - Bob Maxick

Bob is the Overspeed School Instructor and Director of Steal The Show Hockey Camps & Clinics. He is an advance level coach with USA Hockey. He has been the head coach of West Seneca East Varsity Hockey for over 20 years. Bob's Camps and Clinics are the largest local Girls Only Camps and Clinics in Western New York.

Our Staff

We recruit our staff from college and university programs as well as high school players. Our staff uses advanced training systems to mentor players of all ages. Most of our lady instructors play at the Division 1 level.

Our Players

Players are broken down by age and ability. We have an 8 to 1 instructor to student ratio!
